The Office of Research\u00a0Compliance works with offices responsible for specific components of research\u00a0compliance and university research oversight committees such as the\u00a0Institutional Review Board, Institutional Biosafety, Institutional Animal Care\u00a0and Use, and the Financial\u00a0Conflict of Interest committees to ensure the\u00a0responsible conduct of research and compliance with university policies\u00a0and\u00a0federal regulations related to research activity. The office oversees\u00a0development and implementation of policies, procedures, and educational\u00a0activities which satisfy university policies, state, and federal regulations\u00a0governing the conduct of research. The Office of Research Compliance is\u00a0responsible for monitoring regulatory updates and making recommendations to the\u00a0university to ensure compliance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
