- Pre-conception counseling

*All students seeking ADHD management or evaluation will need to schedule an in-person appointment with our Psychiatrist. The Student Health Clinic does not diagnose ADHD; however, it does provide medication management for students who have received a diagnosis as a result of psychological testing OR if diagnosed prior to the age of 12. Documentation will be required to confirm the diagnosis. Students seeking an ADHD diagnosis will be referred to a psychological testing site for evaluation. If an ADHD diagnosis is supported, treatment will be considered at the discretion of the Psychiatrist.聽
Laboratory Services
- Lab orders & titers
Lab orders can be performed on-site at Quest Diagnostics located on the 1st floor of the Health Pavilion. The Student Health Clinic is happy to place a lab order for you and testing can be done at your convenience. Contact Quest Diagnostics directly at 817-731-0518 for questions related to results.聽
N95 Mask Fitting
To schedule an N95 mask fit test, please complete the . Once completed, we will contact you via email to schedule your fit test. If your program/rotation site requires a specific mask, please bring it with you to your appointment.聽
Patient Privacy & Confidentiality
The Student Health Clinic is Compliant with HIPAA, FERPA, and other state and federal laws. Our team takes all possible steps to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our students. Information will not be released to anyone without your written consent, except in those few circumstances where the law requires disclosure of confidential information. Some cases of communicable disease must be reported to the Texas Department of Public Health.
